Responsibilities

Assist sales team in growing sales revenue.

Provide detailed technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.

Prepare RFQs based on client requirements and assist the Procurement team in addressing vendor clarifications related to product RFQs.

Work closely with operations, and procurement teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services that align with customer requirements.

Prepare the technical proposals, ensuring they meet client specifications.

Prepare commercial offers and addressing contract negotiations to ensure successful deal closures.

Address and resolve any technical or service-related issues, ensuring customer concerns are promptly handled and satisfaction is maintained.

Manage CRM & approach leads and constantly update ERP System.

Overview stock levels to ensure alignment with forecasted sales requirements.

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.

Ensure all sales activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the oil and gas industry.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum & Mining Engineering or a related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong command of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Strong technical background with excellent communication skills.

Drilling background is preferred
