Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for sales, specializing in lighting solutions. This role is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Promote and sell lighting solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 0–3 years of sales experience in the lighting or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
