Sales Engineers
with a strong foundation in
mechanical engineering
and a passion for
industrial capital goods sales
. The role involves field-based responsibilities, client engagement, and driving revenue growth through the sale of
metal cutting tools and mechanical industrial equipment
.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell mechanical industrial capital goods and metal cutting tools.

Generate leads, identify prospects, and close sales opportunities.

Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
-
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
-
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects.

Provide regular sales reports, updates, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile

Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1-2 years in sales of capital goods or metal cutting tools.

Locations: One position in Faridabad, one position in Pune.

Familiarity with the local market and customer base.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.

Must own and use a 2-wheeler for field travel.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in selling CNC Machine Tools.

Knowledge of CNC lathes and their applications.
Training & Onboarding
-
Orientation and product training at the factory in Bengaluru (15-30 days).
-
PG accommodation provided during training.
