Now Hiring: Sales Engineer – 3D Printing & Model Making Industry (Abu Dhabi)

ARC 3D Printing Solutions LLC, Abu Dhabi’s leading 3D printing and model-making company, is looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and client relationship skills to join our growing team.

Important:
This position is for sales professionals, not for 3D designers, printing operators, or production staff.
If you enjoy meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, and closing deals, this role is for you.

Your Role

As a Sales Engineer at ARC 3D, you’ll be the bridge between clients and our technical team, turning concepts into confirmed projects.

You will:

  • Generate new business opportunities in architecture, defense, oil & gas, exhibitions, and industrial sectors.
  • Meet clients, understand their 3D printing or model-making needs, and propose the right technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical demos confidently.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure project feasibility and accurate costings.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, follow up proactively, and close deals effectively.
  • Represent ARC 3D at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical or industrial sales (preferably in 3D printing, fabrication, prototyping, or engineering services).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Confidence in explaining technical details in simple, client-friendly language.
  • Ability to identify leads, follow up strategically, and close deals independently.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
  • A proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Benefits (to be discussed at interview)
