Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our tents, steel structures, and related products by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in UAE and GCC markets
  • Meet with potential clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals based on client specifications
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to clients where necessary
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and consultants
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic planning
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in tents, steel structures, construction, or similar industries)
  • Strong knowledge of technical sales, project specifications, and drawings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English is a must; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Willing to travel across UAE and GCC for client meetings and site visits
