We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer – HVAC to join our growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting HVAC solutions, and driving sales growth by offering tailored technical and commercial proposals to contractors, consultants, and end-users. This role requires strong technical acumen, relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
2.Engage in direct sales activities including lead generation, client visits, and product presentations.
3.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
4.Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and effective solutions.
5.Ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and high-quality service delivery.
6.Follow up on project execution and provide after-sales support as needed.
7.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience in the GCC.
2.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
4.Effective networking and negotiation skills.
5.Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
