We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – Pipes & Fittings

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Pipes & Fittings to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of piping products including Hot Induction Bends, Steel Plates, Flanges, Barred Tees, Weldolets, Stainless Steel Tubes, and Pig Launchers & Receivers. The role involves managing client relationships, developing new business, and offering tailored technical solutions across various industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for piping materials and related equipment.
• Generate new business opportunities by targeting industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, water, energy, marine, and infrastructure sectors.
• Promote and sell a wide range of products including:
• Pipes & Fittings (Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel)
• Hot Induction Bends
• Steel Plates (Pressure Vessel Quality, Structural)
• Flanges (Weld Neck, Slip-on, Blind, etc.)
• Barred Tees & Weldolets
• Stainless Steel Tubes (Seamless/Welded)
• Pig Launchers & Receivers
• Understand client specifications, project requirements, and provide technically compliant offers.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations, including follow-up and negotiation.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to stay competitive.
• Provide after-sales support, including site visits, inspection coordination, and resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain and update CRM with sales activity, project pipelines, and client communication.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales of industrial piping materials or mechanical components.
• Strong technical knowledge of pipes, fittings, flanges, steel plates, hot induction bends, and related products.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, ANSI, MSS-SP, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project tracking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• UAE/GCC experience and a valid driving license are preferred (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
