We are a dynamic, established EPC company specializing in providing high-quality solutions, with a strong initial focus on piping, valves, and related equipment for the Oil & Gas sector. We are targeting projects for offshore rigs, and large-scale refinery operations. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build our sales function and grow with the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Market Penetration: Identify and research new business opportunities, key decision-makers, and project timelines within major oil & gas operators, EPC firms, and refinery owners.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and current clients at all levels.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a technical consultant to clients, understanding their piping specifications, material requirements (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy), and quality standards to propose the most effective solutions.
- Proposal & Contract: Work closely with our engineering and procurement teams to create accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals and bids.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of demonstrable sales/business development experience specifically selling piping, valves, fittings, or related EPC services to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets and securing large-scale contracts.
- Deep understanding of the procurement and bidding processes used by major EPC companies and asset owners (Rigs/Refineries).
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., API, ASME) related to piping materials and applications.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory/region.
