Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, developers and owners and uphold the image and reputation of Systemair as the supplier of choice
  • Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers and developers
  • Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogues and information from Systemair wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team)
  • Determine credit requirements as needed and request approvals with the credit management team
  • Continuous follow-up and update for Pipeline projects
  • Creating quotations in-line with the inquiry specifications and regular follow up
  • Technical submittals and clarifications
  • Order finalisation
  • Invoice generation
  • Delivery coordination
  • Payment follow up and collections
  • Warranty coordination
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and provide technical assistance and support in liaison with other teams
  • Comply with the company’s code of ethics and complete all online training
  • Promote Systemair products towards customers by creating promotion tools (seminars, printed/e-data material)
  • Provide high-level product and application support (design support etc.) to the potential customers and provide seminars towards the consultants and decision-makers in the commercial and industrial market segments
  • Reporting as per management requirements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • maximum 3 years in the sales HVAC sector
  • Extensive technical knowledge in ventilation systems, Fans, AHU and FCU
  • Thorough knowledge of the market
  • Good command of English
