Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, effective communication with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, landscaping, infrastructure, and municipal projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Technical Support:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice to clients on fencing and gabion solutions.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering/design teams to provide customized solutions where necessary.

Quotations & Proposals:

• Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and proposals based on client needs.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, lead times, and technical compliance.

Project Coordination:

• Follow up on orders and project execution in coordination with operations/logistics teams.
• Monitor ongoing projects for product performance and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in fencing and gabions.
• Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in ,Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or technical support in the fencing/gabions or construction materials industry.
• Strong understanding of fencing systems (chain link, welded mesh, palisade, etc.) and gabion products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or design tools is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license

Package: between AED 4000 to 6000 per month + sales commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
