Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting DEC Industries’ products and solutions (PEB / Formwork / Construction Materials) to clients in the Bangalore region. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Meet architects, contractors, builders, and consultants to promote company products.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
• Freshers with strong interest in technical sales are welcome.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering concepts.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
