Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the complete portfolio of SOLIDWORKS solutions offered by BEACON.
- Conduct territory mapping to identify potential industries, key accounts, and decision-makers within the assigned region.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn research, and targeted outreach.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for scheduling SolidWorks product demonstrations.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and customer engagement activities to promote new SolidWorks offerings in the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the organization.
- Maintain a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to accept challenges and support the team in achieving organizational goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably technical/software sales).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, team player, and readiness to take initiative.
