Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the complete portfolio of SOLIDWORKS solutions offered by BEACON.
  • Conduct territory mapping to identify potential industries, key accounts, and decision-makers within the assigned region.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn research, and targeted outreach.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for scheduling SolidWorks product demonstrations.
  • Organize and execute events, webinars, and customer engagement activities to promote new SolidWorks offerings in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the organization.
  • Maintain a self-motivated and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to accept challenges and support the team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably technical/software sales).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and readiness to take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
