We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to support our growing IoT and fleet management business. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and our technical capabilities, working closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to craft compelling, scalable solutions.
This individual will engage with clients to understand both business and technical requirements, design tailored solution architectures, estimate development efforts, prepare and deliver advanced product demonstrations, and provide domain expertise in fleet management, training, and innovation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to gather and understand business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
- Design and present customized solution architectures using our IoT platform, aligned with customer needs and industry best practices.
- Create technical proposals, including solution overviews, functional specifications, and system architecture diagrams.
- Provide effort and cost estimations for custom development or integration projects.
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations highlighting key features and business value of our platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in fleet management systems and IoT applications.
- Guide clients on product training, best practices, and solution adoption strategies.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and ensure technical accuracy in all sales collateral.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and implementation planning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in a pre-sales, after-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in IoT, telematics, or fleet management domains.
- Strong understanding of IoT architectures, including sensors, devices, connectivity, cloud platforms, and data analytics.
- Experience with fleet management solutions (e.g., GPS tracking, route optimization, driver behavior analytics, asset management).
- Proven ability to write technical proposals and deliver client-facing documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical content into business value for a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, demos, or workshops (if required).

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
