Sales Engineer

Welcome to Mahfouz for Architecture & Construction. We are engineers, architects, and contractors providing professional services and consultation to support a wide range of projects for both the private and public sectors in Egypt.

Role Description

• Meet sales targets for their assigned market(s) in accordance with the overall policies and objectives
• Obtain quotation request from customers in assigned market(s).
• Interpret and clarify customer specifications.
• Determine strategy, price levels, and commercial terms.
• Contact and qualify new and potential customers. 
• Identify customers' needs and give formal and informal presentations.
• Build and maintain good business relationships with customers.
• Prepares various sales reports and sales activity reports.
• Respond to customer requests and stay current in the knowledge of the full range of company services.
• Communicates closely with others departments (Arch , Civil , Elec and Mechanical etc.) regarding customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Experience 3-5 years in the construction and finishing works field is A MUST.(Preferred in Banks and Administrative Buildings).
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Excellent Command of spoken, writing, and reading English.
• Excellent MS office skills.
• Strong Technical Support knowledge to identify issues and address client needs with appropriate solutions.
• Problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of architectural and construction.
