Sales Engineer

Delta Construction is Hiring - Sales Engineer with an engineering background and proven experience in the construction industry .

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and swimming pools sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and follow up on ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in swimming pools companies is highly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain engineering solutions to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
  
  

Work Conditions:

• Workdays: Saturday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
