Job Responsibilities – Heavy Vehicles Sales Engineer

  • Promote and sell heavy commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, construction or mining vehicles) to fleet owners, contractors, and government or corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product models, configurations, and specifications.
  • Prepare and negotiate price quotations, tenders, and sales contracts in coordination with management.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to support customers with leasing, loans, and insurance options.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Work closely with after-sales, service, and spare parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and sales reports using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
