As an HVAC Sales Engineer, you will be the critical link between our cutting-edge HVAC technology and the customer's specific needs. This role is a perfect blend of technical solutions and proactive sales. You will be responsible for designing for HVAC systems,

identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships across the Maharashtra C Goa region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively research, prospect, and execute cold calling campaigns to generate new sales leads within the assigned territory (Pune and surrounding areas).
  • Interaction with customer: Conduct site visits, assess client requirements (for residential, commercial, or industrial spaces), and technically present the most suitable HVAC solutions (e.g., split, ducted, VRF systems).
  • Sales s Negotiation: Prepare compelling quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and forecasts using reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Presentation: Create and deliver professional sales presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint) demonstrating the technical advantages and value proposition of our HVAC products.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales or projects
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HVAC software/tools

Skills:

  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of HVAC principles, components, and system types is highly desirable. Training will be provided, but a quick learner with technical aptitude is a must.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reporting/quotes, Word for proposals, PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Mandatory: Must be flexible to move around Pune extensively and possess a 2- wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Salary: As per industry Standards (Based on experience C Skills)
  • Location: Swargate, Pune.
  • Experience : 1 to 5 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
