Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fit-Out with proven experience in the fit-out industry to support business development and project sales in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with sales expertise to secure commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects while maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and design teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and contract closure.
- Conduct client presentations, meetings, and project follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Riyadh.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.
- Support payment follow-ups and customer relationship management.
- Maintain sales pipeline reports and CRM updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of sales experience in fit-out or interior contracting (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, finishes, and turnkey solutions.
- Prior experience in the Saudi / Riyadh market is highly preferred.
- Valid Saudi (KSA) driving license – mandatory.
