Job Summary:
Euro Systems is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of architectural and building solution products. This role requires strong technical sales ability, market knowledge, and extensive outdoor client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outdoor visits, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Present and promote Euro Systems’ products and technical solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships with key accounts.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of company products including:
- Interior & Exterior Shades
- Acoustic Ceiling Systems
- Aluminum & Glazing Solutions
- Passive Fire Protection Systems
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
- Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, submittals, and order processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in construction, aluminum, façade, or building materials industry.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, or developers in the UAE market.
- Technical background in aluminum, façade, or interior solutions is an advantage.
