Sales Engineer

Position Title: External Sales Engineer (Senior/Managerial Level)
Location: Heliopolis, Cairo (Obour Buildings – Salah Salem Road)

Position Summary

Regency Gate S.A.E, an Authorized Distributor of WILO in Egypt, is expanding its commercial team and is currently seeking high-performing Senior or Managerial-Level Sales Engineers to join our business development department. This is more than a sales position — it is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are ready to take ownership of results and become strategic partners in our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities within target industries and regions.
  • Present and promote WILO’s premium product line to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on project-based proposals and packages.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Report regularly on market activity, opportunities, and client feedback.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Power Engineering.
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience in technical or project-based sales, preferably in MEP, construction, or pump systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car is required.

Core Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Interview Requirements

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to:
