Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with a BSc. Civil Engineering and approximately 2 years of experience in the civil construction field. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills to promote and sell our construction machinery solutions. This role requires the ability to understand client project needs, recommend suitable equipment, and build long-term relationships within the industry. In addition to a competitive monthly salary, the Sales Engineer will earn commissions for each machine sold, providing strong earning potential for high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the civil construction sector
• Promote and sell construction machinery to contractors, developers, and project managers
• Provide technical consultations and recommend appropriate equipment based on project requirements
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Transferable UAE residency.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in English& Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure.
