Sales Engineer

Role & Responsibility:

• Experienced with handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge of Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panel.
• Lead/inquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, and order closure.
• Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifies. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer happiness is achieved.
• Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation.
• Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors), and consultants.
• Good understanding of Business processes and Sales Processes.
• Good networking skills, capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers, opinion makers in the industry
• It should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self-starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership.
• It should take care of your personal targets & your Team targets.
• Willing to travel and handle outside clients.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• 2+ years of experience in Automation sales.
• Presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel of the time in a local territory
• Self-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

• Technical knowledge about automation products.
• Proficiency in relevant software, hardware, and technical tools related to the products or services offered by the company.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC/ BE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
