Sales Engineer

MT9 Automation LLP is a rapidly growing industrial products distributor that has been selling high quality Pressure, Flow, Level sensing devices since 2012. We are currently searching for a Sales Engineer to join our Sales team.

The Sales Engineer will provide technical sales support to current OEM customers and potential new OEM customers. Sales engineer will develop new customers for product range and will search new applications for the product range.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Work with diverse customer base to provide technical product expertise on integration of our principal products with OEM customers

o Respond to technical and integration questions via phone and e-mail

o Issue management/follow-up of customer technical issues

o Project and issue management for custom product modifications for current or new customers

o Create detailed reports to provide update on status of each account project

o Attend trade shows and represent MT9 in a professional manner

Location:

Mumbai. We need resident engineer based in Mumbai to cover customer base in Mumbai and near by industrial areas like Nashik, Raigarh, Vapi, Surat etc.

Qualifications:
Minimum

1. Required Education & Experience::

o Diploma/Graduate in a technical related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

o 2+ years Technical Sales or Technical Support experience working with customers or equivalent experience

2. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities::

o Technical understanding of electrical and instrumentation principals

o Excellent technical skills

o Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

o Understanding of the product development process

o A desire to win and achieve/exceed goals

o Ability to work independently

o A problem solver

o Enjoy meeting new people, helping solve their problems and supporting their success

Preferred:

o Diploma in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics

o Prior knowledge of field instruments

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
