Roles & responsibilities
Business Development & Direct Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across MEP contractors, ICT contractors, system integrators, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and technical presentations.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Track upcoming projects and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Promote and sell the company’s structured cabling solutions (copper and fiber systems).
Inquiry Management & Sales Follow-Up
- Handle RFQs and coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Work with the Sales Manager to align on pricing strategies and commercial positioning.
- Prepare compliance statements and technical submittals.
- Follow up consistently with clients until technical approval and order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of opportunities and client interactions.
Market Development
- Support the launch and positioning of the structured cabling range in the UAE market.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide market feedback on pricing, specifications, and trends.
- Assist in securing product specifications with consultants.
- Participate in technical meetings, seminars, and product presentations.
Regulatory & Authority Approvals
- Support documentation and submission processes for Etisalat and du approvals.
- Coordinate technical files, certifications, and supporting documents as required.
- Follow up on approval status and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
Technical Support
- Assist clients with BOQ reviews, product selection, and technical clarifications.
- Support preparation of submittals and documentation packages.
- Coordinate internally with technical, marketing, and sales teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in structured cabling, low current systems, or ICT solutions.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of copper and fiber-structured cabling systems.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and BOQs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
