Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with expertise in glass partition fit-outs and façade solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s interior and façade solutions across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in glass partitions, aluminum façades, and interior fit-out projects.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits to contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project proposals.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing project opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of sales experience in glass partition fit-outs, aluminum façades, or construction interiors.
• Strong knowledge of glass, aluminum, and façade systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
