Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of engineering or construction-related products and solutions by developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. The role requires both technical knowledge and strong sales abilities to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
• Promote and sell technical products and engineering solutions to consultants, contractors, and project developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Review project specifications and drawings to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure solutions meet project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Follow up on project approvals, submittals, and negotiations to secure project orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, façade, or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical products, project sales, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
