Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales within the pools, water features, or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in pools, fountains, and water feature projects
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams for project execution
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering (preferably in pools, water features, or construction industry)
  • Strong knowledge of technical drawings, BOQs, and estimation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid GCC driving license (preferred)
