Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong experience in the construction and contracting sector. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with sales skills to promote engineering products/services, build client relationships, and drive business growth across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and contracting industry.
  • Promote company products/services to contractors, consultants, and project owners.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to propose suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and project opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or related field).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in sales within the construction or contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, project cycles, and contracting procedures.
  • Experience in handling tenders, RFQs, and project-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi market is highly preferred.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong network with contractors, consultants, and developers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
