Sales Engineer - Data Center - Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sell data center solutions, including but not limited to UPS, cooling, rectifiers, racks, PDUs, and monitoring and create sales opportunities within an assigned area/sector of business to meet company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Start and maintain business with number of key clients, like consultants, contractors and large sized customers.
  • Start and maintain business with several companies in both the public and private sectors.
  • Plan a weekly work program in conjunction with his supervisor to cover the customers list assign to him and relate pending deals.
  • Prospects for new customers who might be interested in company products.
  • Visits customers to present products and answers all technical and commercial inquiries.
  • Participates in quotations preparation, tender documents study and proposes terms of payment for his supervisor’s review and approval.
  • Attends tenders and answers all related questions.
  • Obtains customers purchase orders and collects company dues L/G’s after finalizing deals.
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
  • Keeps track on competitors’ products, prices and commercial terms and reports, in writing to his supervisor.
  • Reports his daily activities and refers any difficulties/problems to his supervisor for action.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 Years in a similar position.
  • Owning car is a must.
  • Previous experience with Vertiv solutions is a plus.
