Sales Engineer (Ducts & HVAC)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, including contractors, consultants, developers and facility managers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate sales leads in HVAC, duct systems, fire safety and MEP product lines.
  • Present technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender responses.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and project delivery teams to ensure accurate qualification of requirements and client satisfaction.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC/MEP, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering or HVAC/duct/MEP product sales (fire safety experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical specifications into customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Valid Qatar Driving License and Qatar ID (QID) required.

Experience:

  • Sales Experience in Ducts and HVAC products: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Mechanical Engineering Certificate (Preferred)
  • Qatar Driving License (Preferred)
