Sales Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Salary Range: 100k - 200k

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Must have experience in Electrical Trade , Retail Market & Power Industry or Previous working experience in sales with the Distributors/ Resellers

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain innovative solutions by leveraging expertise in solution selling.
• Develop and negotiate Special Priced Agreements (SPAs) with partners and distributors.
• Communicate effectively with partners and distributors, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge in company H&D / PP Domain.
• Perform pre-sales activities, including market surveys and preparing technical BOQs based on customer requirements.
• Provide related technical support to customers.
• Create offers in CPQ, check order status, and maintain complete records.
• Utilize the BFO tool to explore new business opportunities.
• Discuss weekly order status, including purchase orders, booking, and invoicing dates with the team and customers/partners to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations for the team.

Must-Have Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Electrical Trade, Retail Market, Power Industry, or sales experience with distributors/resellers.
• Basic knowledge of Power Products and company products such as Acti 9, EasyPact, Master Pact, and Actassi.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with partners and distributors.
• Comprehensive product knowledge in the H&D & PP domain (Trade Basket Products, Switches and Sockets, Circuit Breakers, and related products).

Other Skills

• Ability to prepare technical BOQs and provide technical support.
• Experience with CPQ software for offer creation and order tracking.
• Ability to use BFO tool for business development.
• Presentation skills for delivering engaging content to the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
