Sales Engineer / Executive (Heavy Equipments)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer / Executive to join the heavy equipment sales division of a reputable organization in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in heavy equipment sales, strong knowledge of the Saudi market, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships within the heavy equipment industry
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and support to customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management
• Travel as required for client visits, site inspections, and business meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales within the Saudi market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, and heavy equipment trading/rental
• Existing network of clients and industry contacts preferred
• Understanding of leasing, financing, and warranty options for heavy equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Valid Saudi Driving License
• Willingness to travel as required
