Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Engineer to join our Fit-Out contracting company in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of fit-out solutions that meet client requirements. A valid Qatar driving license is a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and provide tailored fit-out solutions.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Conduct regular site/client visits to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven sales experience in the Fit-Out/Interior/Construction industry (Qatar experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
