Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the Fitout industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our fitout solutions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in Qatar. The role requires an individual with a valid Qatar driving license to facilitate client visits, project discussions, and site evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the fitout industry, targeting commercial and residential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients regarding fitout products, solutions, and design specifications.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, tailored to their needs. Create proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Site Visits & Surveys: Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client needs, deliver solutions, and collaborate with project teams for accurate quotes and project delivery.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms are met to the satisfaction of both the client and the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, design, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution from proposal to completion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitout or construction industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of fitout products, systems, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Driving License: Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
