Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to manage client relationships and drive sales for fit-out and architectural projects in Doha. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a strong understanding of the fit-out and architectural project market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out and architectural projects
• Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to present company products and services
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for seamless project execution
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or relevant Engineering discipline
• 3–7 years of experience in sales for fit-out or architectural projects (Qatar market preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
