Sales Engineer Fitout

Required Sales Engineer fit-out is a technical sales role responsible for identifying new business opportunities in interior fit-out projects, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing technical proposals and quotations, collaborating with design and project teams, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials and processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Technical Consultation: Provide technical support and present tailored fit-out solutions to clients.
• Proposal and Quotation Development: Conduct site surveys, assess project requirements, and prepare detailed and competitive proposals and quotations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and projects are executed smoothly.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience: Proven sales experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry, sometimes with specific experience in the UAE.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of interior design solutions, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales Acumen: A self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented sales mindset.
• Other: A valid UAE driver's license is often a requirement due to the need for client and site visits.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
