JOB ROLE:
Candidate shall be directly reporting to the Mechanical Sales Head and be part of a team responsible for generating business through selling HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants & clients to drive the growth of business for the trading division with particular focus on the HVAC portfolio representing renowned international products.
The role emphasizes in bringing in leads and closing sales of assigned products from new construction projects in Qatar for the HVAC Systems. Improve the growth of our market share in trading through key target customers in Qatar and driving the business to achieve assigned targets. · As an experienced Sales Engineer (SE) you will have an understanding and knowledge of our products portfolio among HVAC products such as Package AC, VRF, AHU, ACCU, & Chillers.
· The SE will work closely with the customers to meet their expectations to close and create new opportunities.
· The SE will carry out site visits for tenders and private projects and clients to suggest new ideas for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who requires a new HVAC system.
· The SE will develop a SALES strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings, qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate territory records, develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale.
· The SE will have to complete the entire sales cycle of generating sales to close out of the sales with secured payments and interface effectively with operations to deliver and improve service delivery.
· The SE will maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow of sales. You will be reporting progress and updating sales tools for opportunity creation and projection of forecasts with accuracy of above 95%.
· The SE will be focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth.
· The SE will be focused on growing our HVAC Equipment’s install business in Qatar.
QUALITIES ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or similar field
· Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in selling HVAC products in the Qatar market
· Preferred sales experience of candidates: Applied Air Conditioning Products, Ventilation Fans & Related Products, Hot Water Systems – Solar Thermal, Heat Pump & Electric
· Deep knowledge on the HVAC products handled & exposure in addition to the listed segments will be an advantage.
· HVAC Building Design knowledge will be a plus.
· Contracting, installation & design knowledge will be a plus .
· Organization skills and ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
· Customer focused ability to build relationship with customers.
· Determined, results & self-driven with the passion for technical sales
· Software’s – AutoCAD, HAP & Microsoft Office, Sales CRM
· Excellent written & verbal communication in English shall be mandatory, and Arabic will be a plus.
· Valid Qatar Driving License - Mandatory
