Technical Sales Engineer, HVAC-R Controls

Position:

To accelerate our growth in Egypt, we are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Egyptian National Technical Sales Engineer to promote high-end control & automation solutions to OEMs, dealers, contractors, panel builders, and system integrators nationwide.

You will receive strong support from our team In Dubai (product, application, software, after-sales, and commercial).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, build and manage a pipeline of Egyptian accounts
  • Scout projects and influence specification via consultants/specifiers
  • Sell full range: Controllers, Supervisors, Humidifiers, Valves, Sensors, IoT
  • Deliver hands-on technical guidance, presentations, workshops & demos
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (R&D, procurement, owners)
  • Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Report & forecast via CRM


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 5+ years proven B2B technical sales in HVAC-R controls, PLCs, building automation or industrial refrigeration in Egypt
  • Strong network with Egyptian OEMs & panel builders
  • Knowledge of Programmable controllers, Modbus/BACnet/CANbus, HMI, IoT
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation in Arabic & English
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated, autonomous home-office work
  • Frequent travel in Egypt and occasional to Dubai/Italy
  • Valid passport, driving license and own car
