About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth by selling integrated smart home and building automation solutions to key end users, consultants, and contractors.

You will manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and solution design to contract negotiation and project handover, focusing on high value projects in government, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with government, private, and semi government entities as well as consulting firms to influence projects at early stages.

Full Sales Cycle Management
Own the entire sales process including opportunity identification, lead qualification, techno commercial proposal preparation, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover.

Solution Design
Design integrated solutions covering KNX, DALI, BMS, HVAC, and ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, and intercom.

Technical Documentation
Prepare BOQs, system schematics, technical submittals, compliance documentation, and tender responses.

Technical Presentations
Conduct tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations aligned with client requirements.

Pre Sales Support
Provide quotations, cost analysis, and technical input to secure projects and maintain healthy margins.

Internal Coordination
Collaborate with engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution after project award.

Compliance and Profitability
Ensure commercial terms align with company guidelines while maintaining profitability targets.

Must Have Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales or solution development within the UAE market, with proven track record in automation, ELV, AV, or building technologies.
  • Strong solution design capability including preparation of integrated system solutions covering KNX, DALI, BMS, and ELV systems along with BOQs, schematics, and technical submittals.
  • Established professional network with government entities, MEP consultants, and key contractors within the UAE.
  • Proven ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and successful project handover.

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Technical certifications such as KNX, AMX, Crestron, DALI, or BMS platform certifications including Siemens, Schneider, ABB, or Honeywell.
  • Experience in vertical markets such as healthcare, data centers, hospitality, education, or government projects.
  • Regional exposure across GCC markets including Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or African markets.
  • Experience leading sales teams, conducting training sessions, or mentoring junior sales engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Fluent English is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and CRM systems for sales pipeline management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
