Sales Engineer – Low Voltage Products

We are seeking a technically proficient and energetic Sales Engineer – Low Voltage Products with 2–3 years of experience in electrical distribution system sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Schneider Electric’s LV switchgear, protection, and control products, while building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and system integrators.

This role suits a candidate who understands power distribution, motor control, and building management applications, and can combine technical expertise with commercial skill to grow the business in the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Promote and sell Schneider Electric Low Voltage (LV) products, including:
  • MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, motor starters, protection devices, and LV panels.
  • Power and motor control products from TeSys, Easypact, and Compact NSX families.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities across energy, utilities, smart infrastructures, commercial buildings, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Engage with consultants, contractors, panel builders, and system integrators to specify Schneider LV solutions in upcoming projects.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and technical discussions to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand C3 Automation’s presence in the electrical distribution market.

Building Management System (BMS) Portfolio:

  • Promote and support Schneider Electric BMS products including controllers, sensors, field devices, and integration gateways under the EcoStruxure Building platform.
  • Coordinate with BMS system integrators for product selection, system design, and specification in building automation projects.
  • Offer technical guidance and pre-sales support for integrating LV systems with BMS platforms for energy monitoring and building efficiency.

Technical and Pre-Sales Support:

  • Understand customer requirements, project specifications, and system architectures to propose optimized LV and BMS solutions.
  • Support clients in product selection, configuration, and system design.
  • Collaborate with internal application and technical teams to prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for consultants and end-users.

Market Development and Coordination:

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Schneider Electric regional teams for product updates, training, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including leads, quotations, and order tracking.
  • Represent C3 Automation in technical events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Low Voltage switchgear or building system product sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Schneider Electric LV portfolio and basic understanding of BMS systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
