Career Opportunity – Sales Engineer (MEP)
Location: NAFFCO Qatar
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer (MEP) to manage sales activities, client relationships, and maintenance coordination for commercial and residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for promoting MEP solutions, generating new business opportunities, and supporting after-sales service and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial and residential sectors.
- Promote MEP products and services including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and payment collections.
- Support maintenance contracts and after-sales service activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP sales and maintenance.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential MEP systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Valid driving license preferred.
