Proactively find opportunities and leads for business growth by creating and maintaining a customer database.

  • Achieve personal sales targets by converting leads into business opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with all concerned operations departments.
  • Regularly run reports, manage and update the database within Salesforce, and keep financial records in accordance with the company policy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Group Director of Sales.
  • Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends.
  • Lead the promotion of venue packages, memberships, and special experiences to maximize revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
  • Use guest feedback and market insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Align sales initiatives with seasonal trends, local market dynamics, and promotional calendars to maximize business opportunities.
