We’re looking for a Sales Executive to lead business development efforts in the heavy equipment rental sector, specializing in boom lifts, scissor lifts , and more. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, mining, and industrial sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for equipment rentals.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored rental solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, rental agreements, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Follow up on payments and resolve client concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment rental or construction equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage field sales independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the local construction or industrial market.
  • Technical understanding of heavy equipment specifications and operations.
