Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience. The Admission Counselor plays a key role in achieving the institute’s enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media) regarding course offerings and admission procedures.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career prospects, and training outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Edoxi’s training programs, certifications, and admission requirements.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team enrollment targets.
  • Maintain and update student records in CRM or database systems.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in student outreach events, open houses, and seminars.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support the admission and onboarding process.
  • Provide pre-admission and post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, applications, and enrollment statistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
