Location: Doha, Qatar

Company Overview:
We are a growing outsourcing and solutions provider seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2C sales, a passion for achieving targets, and strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle B2C client interactions and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Promote and sell outsourcing services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze client requirements, and share feedback with management.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales and client handling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools or MS Office for sales reporting and client management.
