Role Description- Sales Executive – Kolhapur Location

Experience: 1+ years

Industry: Building Materials / Interior Products / Construction Supplies

Reporting to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via cold calls, networking & site visits
• Pitch to builders, contractors, architects, and dealers
• Conduct meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate for production, deliveries & payment collections
• Maintain sales records and submit weekly reports

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing certification preferred)
• 1+ years of field sales experience (Construction/Interior industry preferred)
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills
• Must own a two-wheeler & be open to daily field travel
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email & Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
