Sales Representative – Construction Cost Estimation Services

Location: Hybrid
Compensation: 50,000 base salary + commission

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Representative to handle the entire sales cycle from A to Z. This role is focused on B2B sales and requires strong cold calling skills, persistence, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage the pipeline, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and engage with construction businesses in the U.S. market
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and construction firms
  • Follow up with leads provided by the company and also generate new opportunities when needed
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales performance in the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or related industry
  • Strong background in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to understand technical details of cost estimation and explain value to clients
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (training provided)
