Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Uniform & Garments

Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s uniform and garment products. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to travel across Qatar to meet clients, hence a valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the uniforms and corporate garments market (schools, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, corporates, etc.).
  • Visit potential clients, present product samples, and provide tailored proposals based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Coordinate with the production and design team to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client data, sales pipeline, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Ensure collections from clients are made on time in coordination with the finance department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience in uniforms, textiles, garments, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales and corporate client management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
  • Strong network of potential clients in Qatar is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
