We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the hospitality sector. The role involves generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth by promoting our hospitality services/products to prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the hospitality industry through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term associations.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
