Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Performance-based)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new companions.
  • Clearly explain the company’s vision, policies, and onboarding process to prospects.
  • Collect onboarding fees and manage related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate reports of daily and weekly sales activities.
  • Consistently achieve a minimum monthly target of 15 onboardings.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher or 1+ year in sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Age criteria: 20–32 years.
  • Proficiency in Hindi & English (regional language knowledge will be an added advantage).

Strict Salary Policy

  • Minimum 70% of target achievement required to be eligible for salary.
  • 0 onboardings = No salary + termination.
  • Performance below 50% of target for 2 consecutive months = termination.

Probation Clause (First 3 Months)

  • No leads or data will be provided by the company.
  • Sales Executives must independently generate their own leads during probation.

This role is highly target-driven and suited for individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, and eager to build a career in sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
